If you have a limb difference, an
amputation, or you train from a chair, that is not a complication here. I built an adaptive
wear brand for exactly that reason, and I program around it as standard rather than as an
accommodation.
Ages 14 to 17
The First Barbell
You’ve watched two hundred videos and you still don’t know what to do on Monday.
Everyone online is selling you a split, a powder, or a physique they didn’t build
the way they said they did.
What you actually need is someone to teach you how to squat, how to eat enough to
grow, and how to not destroy your shoulders before you turn twenty. You have more
time than anyone reading this page. It only works if you don’t waste it guessing.
A parent or guardian is on the intake call and every check in, and holds
the account. No supplement, peptide or bloodwork component is offered under 18. The
work at this age is technique, food and consistency, and nothing else is necessary.
Starting over
The Rebuild
The house is different. The week is split around a custody schedule. Somewhere in the
last decade the gym became a thing you used to do, and the body you’re standing in
now is the one that carried all of it and got ignored the whole way.
You’re not starting from zero. You’re starting from neglected, which is a
different and better problem. We build around the weeks you have the kids and the weeks
you don’t, and we start with bloodwork, because at this stage the panel usually
explains more than the training does.
Most common entry point here is the Full Protocol tier. Sleep, labs and
training tend to be tangled together by this point, and pulling one thread alone rarely holds.
Mid twenties, mid change
The Structure
New job, new city, no anchor. The calendar is full of things other people put in it,
and the only hour that belongs to you keeps getting eaten by whatever moved.
The training isn’t really about the training. It’s the one fixed point in the
week you control, and everything else stabilises around it. So we build the smallest
program you will genuinely keep, hold it until it’s automatic, and only then make
it ambitious.
Built for three sessions a week that survive travel, deadlines and a
social life you are not required to give up.
